Overview
The Vice President of Operations for Home Health in Virginia oversees multi-site and potentially multi-state clinical, operational, and financial activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing a regional operational business strategy aligned with the company's goals to improve profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional business plan identifying growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement while monitoring external factors.
- Define clear regional management goals supported by measurable objectives.
- Manage and coach regional leadership to ensure alignment with company performance targets and accountability for results.
- Participate in compliance reviews and ensure all locations follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Model and promote a company culture based on trust, respect, and high-quality patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid RN or PT license.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is required; Master's degree in healthcare management preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in supervisory or administrative roles within home health, hospice, or related healthcare programs.
- Proven track record managing organizations with revenues exceeding $50 million.
Compensation
Annual salary range is $160,000 to $170,000.
