Role Overview
The Regional Vice President for Americas will act as the primary strategic partner accountable for driving revenue, retention, and growth across enterprise clients in North America. This leadership position focuses on acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and renewing contracts with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers using the Browzwear platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities related to enterprise accounts within North America, including new logo acquisition, renewals, expansion, and retention, collaborating closely with a peer managing mid-market and smaller accounts.
- Create and implement detailed account plans, articulating client business priorities, success metrics, and opportunities for multi-year expansion.
- Identify and develop prospecting strategies targeting whitespace and underutilized accounts, prioritizing valuable, fast-growing, and at-risk segments.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders such as technical designers, VPs of Product Development, Design Operations, IT, and Finance to uncover pain points and define business impacts.
- Build data-driven, outcome-focused business cases quantifying ROI based on time-to-market improvements, sample cost reductions, sustainability benefits, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead sophisticated negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, coordinating internal experts like Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants to meet both technical and business requirements.
- Champion the comprehensive Browzwear platform vision, focusing on 3D-first design and digital product creation, establishing oneself as a thought leader in fashion technology.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health, drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, ensure renewal success, and proactively reduce churn risks.
- Coordinate a cross-functional virtual team—including Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success—to deliver customer-focused support for complex deals.
- Design and implement a forward-looking annual territory strategy, including new logo targets, expansion plans, and precise pipeline management for healthy forecasting.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel, Engineering, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Have over 10 years of enterprise software sales experience in SaaS, vertical software, or design/manufacturing software, including at least 5 years overseeing strategic accounts and closing large, complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrate deep industry knowledge in fashion, apparel, or adjacent manufacturing/supply chain sectors, with insights into design workflows, sampling, and digital transformation motivations.
- Exhibit strong consultative sales skills, comprehending customer operations and challenges before proposing solutions.
- Showcase superior communication, negotiation, and executive presence to build trust and relationships at C-suite levels.
- Maintain a proven achievement record for account expansion, renewal rates exceeding 90%, and customer retention.
- Be proficient in Salesforce and comfortable with analytics-driven decision making.
- Display aptitude for leading and influencing internal cross-functional teams in a virtual environment without direct authority.

- Reporting to the VP, Growth & Partnerships.
- Location preference for North America-based candidates or willingness to relocate; additional language skills beyond English are advantageous.
- Up to 25% international travel expected.
- English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
