About the Role
As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to meet specified lead generation targets and effectively engage with potential customers using persuasive communication. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process. Establishing strong customer relationships to encourage them to select CARS24 is essential. Consistent achievement of both daily and monthly sales goals is expected. You'll negotiate with clients to successfully convert leads into confirmed sales and maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects. Additionally, you will keep detailed records of all customer communications and updates.
Training
A comprehensive training period lasting between 7 to 15 days will precede your role commencement. This training combines classroom instruction with hands-on practical learning to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your position.
