WealthBridge Financial Group is in search of a motivated and strategic Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and guide Managing Directors across the region. This senior role focuses on driving regional expansion, enhancing advisor capabilities, and increasing the firm's market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

The RVP will direct senior-level leadership efforts to spur company growth, support advisor development, and maintain close collaboration with executive leadership to ensure regional priorities align with company-wide goals. Responsibilities include recruiting elite talent, mentoring leadership teams, and bolstering advisor performance to establish a scalable, sustainable business structure in the region.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader within financial services, with a history of thriving in regional or multi-office senior leadership roles. A background as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams is essential, alongside demonstrated skills in recruitment, coaching, and strategic implementation. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management is required.
