About the Opportunity
This role sits within Salesforce’s EMEA Emerging Markets Sales organization and offers the chance to lead in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. The position is focused on driving Salesforce sales across the Turkish and Greek markets, with responsibility for diverse industries and CBU customers (Commercial Business Unit, excluding Enterprise and SMB).

Role Overview
As a first-line sales leader, you will manage a team of Account Executives in a SaaS sales environment and be accountable for revenue growth, individual performance, team results, and broader organizational goals across your territory. You will be expected to build a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving team culture while leading with energy, passion, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a diverse, high-performing sales team that is trusted by customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Account Executives.
- Support client meetings and customer conversations by providing leadership and coordinating internal support where needed.
- Build ecosystem relationships and manage partner/reseller engagement across the Turkish and Greek markets.
- Encourage alignment and teamwork across internal functions and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Drive pipeline creation and improve revenue opportunities within priority accounts.
- Coach Account Executives on sales approach, opportunity identification, and deal closure.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Design and deliver the team’s go-to-market approach in line with business goals.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and forecasts for area sales leadership.
- Promote an inclusive, positive, and performance-focused team environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, including selling and leading strong-performing teams with consistent quota attainment.
- Solid knowledge of SaaS business models, enterprise applications, and customer success indicators.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales professionals, with a record of internal advancement.
- Ability to manage complex buying processes and create long-term customer relationships.
- Strong strategic judgment with the ability to align sales plans to market opportunities and company objectives.
- Comfort using data for forecasting, pipeline management, and trend analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Experience in sales planning, territory management, and improving tools and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external engagement.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and the flexibility to adapt to local cultural needs.
- Deep knowledge of the Greece market is essential.
- Fluency in English and either Greek or Turkish is mandatory.
