Crimson Education is a fast-growing global EdTech organization established in 2013 with the mission of using personalized education to develop future world leaders. Because of strong growth across Asia, the team is hiring a Regional Education Sales Representative to help extend its reach to more families and students.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position, with hybrid flexibility available. The role is intended for candidates based in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other markets in Asia time zones.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will serve as an initial contact for prospective families, communicate the organization’s values and strengths, and help move qualified leads to the Admissions Team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, continuously sharpening sales methods and process knowledge, and sharing market insights and trends with internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Admissions.
Requirements
Applicants should have strong spoken and written English skills, at least one year of sales experience, and the ability to quickly build trust, influence others, and communicate value clearly. The ideal candidate is ambitious, target-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is considered an advantage.
