About the role
This position is part of a global education technology company focused on helping ambitious students reach top universities and build strong future pathways. The team combines experienced admissions expertise, data-backed strategies, and a large international support network to guide families through the college admissions journey.
The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Singapore. It is open only to Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
Key responsibilities
- Work toward agreed sales goals and delivery targets.
- Reach out to new prospective Crimson families and build initial contact.
- Develop trust with parents and students, clearly explaining the value of the service compared with competitors.
- Run sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional way that reflects the brand’s standards and culture.
- Present and market Crimson offerings to prospective families using the defined sales flow.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships that encourage positive experiences and referrals.
- Ensure smooth and timely handover of new clients to the Student Success Manager team.
- Follow up with current clients to share updates and introduce new product offerings for upsell opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints quickly to improve satisfaction.
- Keep sharpening sales approach and expanding knowledge of the industry.
- Take part in sales-focused marketing events, mainly online, when required.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team so payments are received on time.
- Offer feedback and ideas to improve sales workflows and processes.
- Contribute actively as a positive member of a close, high-performing team.
Required background and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, business, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales; experience in education is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience in higher education or a strong understanding of the college application journey; familiarity with US admissions and the Ivy League landscape is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, with public speaking experience considered a plus.
- Solid grasp of sales fundamentals.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Genuine interest in working with families and students to guide them toward the right programme.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
