Role Overview
- Deliver recruitment services focused on client needs by providing accurate advice on recruitment, selection methods, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including posting job advertisements, handling vacancies, maintaining candidate communication, sending offer letters, and processing recruitment documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Queensland Health's legislation, directives, policies, and recruitment standards while seeking continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment procedures.
- Maintain precise recruitment data and reporting functions, including data entry, analysis, and report generation to support informed decision-making.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and guiding managers and stakeholders on recruitment procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection practices and eagerness to rapidly acquire knowledge of related legislation, policies, and Queensland Health processes; possessing a relevant qualification is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to delivering professional, client-centered services.
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office, and quick adaptability to new systems and applications.
- Experience thriving in a KPI-driven work environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting performance expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
The total monthly remuneration can reach up to $8,382, which includes:
- Hourly wage ranging from $39.98 to $44.46.
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
- Leave loading at 17.5%.
