As an Integrity Officer, you will play a key role in reinforcing these values by providing expert advice on ethical issues and managing integrity risks transparently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of integrity policies and programs.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports on integrity risk and program performance for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Offer specialist guidance on recognizing, disclosing, and handling conflicts of interest.
  • Advocate ethical decision-making practices and responsible management of sensitive information.
  • Conduct investigations and interviews, ensuring consistent resolution with timely corrective actions.
  • Deliver tailored integrity training to areas identified as high-risk.
  • Enhance integrity frameworks, processes, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across legal, risk, human resources, and business leadership teams.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to uphold high standards and results.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Governance, or related disciplines.
  • Bring demonstrated experience within roles focused on integrity, compliance, legal affairs, or risk management.
  • Have a solid grasp of ethical principles, governance standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive issues with tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with case management and compliance software is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is located in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand, operating onsite. Our hybrid work model encourages a blend of in-office collaboration and flexibility, where employees spend approximately three days per week at the office.
