Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare Recruitment Manager to be based in Noida, working from the office in a full-time night shift capacity. The role demands over 7 years of experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment, with 2-3 years in leadership. The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, manage a considerable team of 46 recruiters, and consistently meet demanding hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions including nurses, allied health professionals, and physicians, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Lead, guide, and manage a recruitment team of 46, setting performance indicators, monitoring work output daily and weekly to improve productivity.
- Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Supervise candidate screenings, interviews, and shortlisting procedures to uphold quality and role suitability.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards, verifying licenses, certifications, and conducting background checks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in US healthcare staffing with leadership roles held for 2-3 years.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and adept stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Sound knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and recruitment regulations.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Additional Information
This is a permanent, full-time position located strictly onsite at the Noida office, operating in night shifts. Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree to be eligible to apply.
