Recruiter - US Bench Sales with Pharma/Life Sciences Staffing Experience

About the Role

S4 Analytics LLC seeks motivated recruiters to join the US Bench Sales staffing team at its Hyderabad office. This position focuses on placing consultants on bench across US client requirements, particularly within the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors. Candidates can be freshers or have up to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, market, and place bench consultants pertaining to US staffing demands.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
• Manage vendor submissions and handle C2C and W2 hiring models.
• Identify appropriate job requirements and negotiate billing and pay rates.
• Coordinate communications among consultants, vendors, and internal recruitment teams.
• Support and assist in consultant marketing activities and maintain robust vendor partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 10 years specifically in US Bench Sales recruiting.
• Mandatory background in pharmaceutical or life sciences staffing.
• Thorough knowledge of C2C and W2 hiring processes and compliance.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and vendor management expertise.
• Excellent communication skills with effective follow-up abilities.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced US staffing environment.

Work Details

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
