Located in West Omaha, NE, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our workforce across nearly 400 clinics nationwide. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance independently.
• Recruit candidates nationally for multiple roles including healthcare, sales, and operational positions within a rapidly growing healthcare company.
• Innovate sourcing methods using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting technology.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering market insight, hiring advice, and recruitment best practices.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing candidates’ technical skills, communication, customer service aptitude, and cultural fit.
• Present well-qualified candidates along with thorough hiring recommendations to support effective decision-making.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by communicating promptly, transparently, and professionally.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to improve hiring results and recruitment efficiencies.
• Collaborate with a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Preferred background in recruiting for healthcare, sales, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume customer-focused roles.
• Successful track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines.
• Strong consultative skills for partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and urgency in hiring processes.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, with ClearCompany ATS as a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented in a metrics-based environment.
