About the Role

The role demands recruitment of various healthcare personnel including nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals for both permanent and contract roles. The position is office-based with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare professionals across the US, including nurses, doctors, therapists, technicians, and allied health staff.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
• Communicate with potential candidates through calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn to assess fit.
• Utilize job postings strategically to attract qualified applicants.
• Apply targeted screening methods to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate effectively with team managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to each vacancy.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in US staffing, with preference for healthcare recruitment background.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Highly focused, competitive, and self-driven personality.
• Eager to learn continuously and develop professionally.
