Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Analyst will support client acquisition and revenue growth by managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaign execution, using data to improve results, and partnering across teams to strengthen marketing performance and return on investment.
You will work closely with creative, influencer, analytics, and marketing partners to identify opportunities, test new approaches, scale effective tactics, and continuously improve paid social outcomes. The role calls for a blend of analytical judgment, creative thinking, and proactive ownership.
Work Location
This is a full-time salaried role. Omaha, Nebraska is the preferred location. Remote candidates may be considered, with preference given to applicants based in the Omaha metropolitan area or those willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee paid social campaign execution, performance measurement, testing, and collaboration across teams. Your work will directly support growth, efficiency, and strategic marketing decisions.
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Run and refine paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Adjust budgets, bidding approaches, audience targeting, and campaign structure to improve results.
- Monitor core metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Make timely optimizations that increase efficiency and support growth objectives.
Analysis and Reporting
- Review paid media data to surface trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, the company’s media mix model, and native platform reporting to evaluate performance.
- Convert complex findings into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create reporting that supports campaign planning and strategic decision-making.
Testing and Innovation
- Help build testing plans covering audiences, bidding, creative formats, and campaign structures.
- Assess new platform features, automation options, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Record test outcomes and share insights that help the team improve and scale winning ideas.
Creative and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative and influencer teams to ensure paid assets are planned, handed off, and launched correctly.
- Share performance insights that guide creative direction and asset development.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and growth teams to align paid campaigns with broader business goals.
- Turn campaign results into practical recommendations for future optimization.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in paid social or digital marketing, enjoys working with data, and is confident communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders. Success in this position requires curiosity, ownership, and the ability to balance analytical rigor with strategic and creative thinking.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a closely related area.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Reddit advertising platforms.
- Exposure to Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns is considered an advantage.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into practical marketing actions.
- Comfort presenting campaign performance, recommendations, and learnings to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
