Job Overview
We are seeking a QMS Engineer or Senior Engineer II for a reputed Japanese automotive parts manufacturing company based in Manesar, Gurugram. The role focuses on quality management systems and requires hands-on experience in auditing and QMS implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute process audits, product audits, and internal quality audits effectively.
- Maintain and manage quality documentation and ensure records are properly controlled.
- Apply thorough knowledge of IATF 16949 standards in all quality activities.
- Drive and support implementation of Quality Management Systems within the organization.
- Perform internal auditing with certified expertise.
Qualification & Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering discipline, or a Diploma in any specialization.
Additional Requirements
- Strong familiarity with IATF 16949 automotive quality standards.
- Certified Internal Auditor credential is mandatory.
- Proven experience implementing and sustaining QMS in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation
The annual salary offered ranges from INR 450,000 to INR 600,000.
