Role & Responsibilities

• Managing collection of new business and renewal premiums via cheque and cash deposits at the branch level.
• Coordinating with the Head Office to ensure policy issuance processes are completed accurately.
• Overseeing recruitment activities for Distributors, Manager Distributions, and Assistant Leaders within the branch network.
• Maintaining an organized and updated database of branch business activities and recruitment details.
• Ensuring the branch complies with all applicable government regulations and policies.
• Handling branch-level administrative and human resource functions.
• Accounting for vendor payments, including the creation of Payment Requisition Forms (PRF) to facilitate vendor payment processing.
• Managing daily petty cash operations efficiently.
• Addressing customer inquiries received via telephone or in person with high priority, resolving their issues satisfactorily.
• Executing tele-calling campaigns to remind customers about premium payments on lapsed policies.
• Conducting branch audits, including reviewing records of new business, fixed assets, cash and cheque logs, vendor payments, HR documentation, and compliance matters.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree in either Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) in any specialization.
