Position Summary

The role involves managing life insurance sales through designated bank branches, primarily Federal Bank, coordinating lead generation, and converting prospects into policyholders. The candidate will engage walk-in customers and bank clients to sell life insurance products suitable to their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads leveraging in-branch sources, bank customer databases, and walk-in visitors.
• Set up appointments and assess customers' life insurance and investment requirements to recommend appropriate products from the company portfolio.
• Develop a strong customer base to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and secure referrals for new prospects.
• Ensure successful sales closure by facilitating medical report processes and timely policy issuance.
• Comply with the company’s sales procedures and timely submission of necessary reports.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in life insurance sales or related sales in banking or financial services.
• Educational qualification of any degree or a three-year diploma.
• Maximum age limit of 33 years.
