Overview
Join Wrixty Services as a Relationship Manager focused on Health Insurance, working in partnership with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited—a joint venture combining the strengths of Fettle Tone LLP and the globally experienced Bupa Group, which brings over 70 years of expertise in healthcare services.
Primary Duties
- Lead the performance and expansion of the agency channel focused on health insurance products.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process and training programs for insurance agents to ensure strong team capability.
- Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory requirements governing health insurance sales and operations.
- Drive life insurance-related sales targets by coaching and guiding a team of independent insurance advisors to maximize productivity in the designated region.
Additional Requirements
- Age should be between 30 and 40 years.
- Owning a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for the role.
