About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and service requests through phone, chat, and email.
- Share clear and correct information about products, services, and internal processes.
- Record customer interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems.
- Keep customer satisfaction high and ensure a positive service experience.
- Work in rotational shifts and stay effective in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation issues, including CIBIL-related concerns for applicable email-process roles.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants from 12th pass, undergraduate, or graduate backgrounds may apply, depending on the specific opening.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome for the customer support roles.
- Strong spoken English and Hindi communication is required for voice-based openings.
- Candidates with experience in customer support, voice process, non-voice process, chat support, email support, telecalling, telesales, BPO, call center, or domestic/international processes will be preferred.
- Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, customer focus, and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Willingness to work rotational day/night shifts is important for most of the openings.
- Immediate joiners and candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
Shift, Schedule, and Location Details
Openings are available in Mumbai, including Navi Mumbai and Chandivali, with different process requirements.
- One customer support opening offers a fixed day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 5 working days and Saturday-Sunday fixed off.
- A healthcare voice process follows 24x7 rotational shifts with 9.5 working hours, 5 working days, and two rotational weekly offs.
- Another customer associate role follows a night shift from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM with any 9.5 working hours and Saturdays-Sundays off.
- For the Chandivali CIBIL-related nodal desk email process, women work 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and men work 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with any 10 working hours, 5 working days, and two rotational weekly offs.
- The Chandivali email-process opening is for candidates with at least 1 year of banking customer service email-process experience.
Interview and Skill Checks
- The hiring process may include HR and operations rounds, followed by a voice versant test.
- For voice roles, the versant benchmark is 59 or above, and only one attempt is allowed.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute is required for the relevant process.
Compensation
- For the Navi Mumbai customer support role, salary is up to ₹20,000 in hand depending on experience, and freshers may also apply.
- For the healthcare voice process, freshers can earn ₹25,000 and experienced candidates can earn ₹33,000.
- For the customer associate role, salary is up to ₹22,000 in hand for experienced candidates.
- For the Chandivali email-process role, salary is ₹23,000 in hand for 1 year of experience, ₹25,000 in hand for 24 months of experience, and ₹27,000 in hand for 37 months of experience.
Additional Notes
Preference is given to candidates with excellent English communication and those who can join immediately. Some openings are suitable for freshers, while others require prior experience in the relevant process.
