About the Programme
Westpac New Zealand invites applications for the Product & Marketing Graduate programme commencing February 2027. This is a permanent graduate opportunity crafted to accelerate your career in banking while fostering future leadership skills within our dynamic Product and Marketing teams. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment focused on delivering innovative customer experiences and solutions.
Programme Details
The graduate programme lasts about 12 months and is Auckland-based. It begins with an immersive orientation to deepen your understanding of Westpac NZ and introduces you to the graduate community. You will undertake two rotations across various teams within the Product and Marketing function to broaden your experience.
Throughout your time, you will benefit from tailored training to enhance both technical expertise and soft skills. Leaders, mentors, and programme champions will guide and support your career growth and development.
Daily Responsibilities
- Contribute meaningfully from day one, influencing business outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships and trust through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving abilities collaboratively to achieve optimal business results.
- Engage in a project tackling real business challenges where you will design and/or implement solutions and present findings to key stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be in their final year or have graduated with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 12 months. This entry-level opportunity welcomes original thinkers and innovators across all academic backgrounds. Relevant interests include sustainability, product development, user experience design, strategy, branding, marketing, and data analytics. Candidates must be New Zealand or Australian citizens or permanent residents.
