Role Summary

The Product Manager for Food Films will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and financial performance of the Food Films product portfolio within the region. Key collaborations will involve Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop customer-centric solutions, optimize product lifecycle, and drive innovation and profitability aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the cross-functional Product Line Team to enhance revenue, profitability, cash flow, and overall product line health.
  • Formulate and implement the Food Films product line strategy in alignment with broader Case Ready business goals.
  • Manage Portfolio Management Review processes and contribute to Long Range and Integrated Business Planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap supporting product innovation, growth, and market competitiveness.
  • Define and optimize Product & Service Offers that balance customer needs with operational efficiency and cash flow improvements.
  • Support capital investment proposals for growth-oriented projects.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain for new product development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights contributing to annual operating plans and long-term forecasts.
  • Advance sustainability goals through active partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management including portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization.
  • Assist sales teams in resolving critical customer issues relating to quality, pricing, delivery, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve underperforming business segments and grow profitable accounts.
  • Monitor operational and supply chain KPIs such as backlog, production, inventory, service metrics, costs, and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage and balance financial, operational, and market priorities.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational alignment and drive change.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and capability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence diverse organizational stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing product portfolios, lifecycle processes, or strategic business planning.
  • Strong project management abilities and effective prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, matrixed working environments.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $93,100 to $160,655, determined based on education, experience, and internal equity. This range aligns with applicable pay transparency laws.
