About the Role
Join our team as a strategic and analytic Project Manager with a focus on Corporate Strategy. This role is pivotal in steering cross-functional projects, business transformation efforts, and long-range strategic plans supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead cross-functional projects from initial planning to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress to ensure success.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and various stakeholders to guarantee project completion.
- Recognize potential project risks and devise effective solutions to mitigate impacts on the business.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, dashboards, presentations, and updates for executives.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
- Execute market research, analyze industries, and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- Contribute to developing and implementing corporate strategies and business growth projects.
- Assess new opportunities such as partnerships, market expansion, and investments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for strategic improvement.
- Create business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
- Support business transformations, organizational development, and process optimizations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and provide insight for long-term planning.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product teams to meet strategic goals.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement to promote operational excellence.
- Set and monitor KPIs to track project and business success.
- Assist senior leadership in strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar field.
- 3 to 7 years’ experience in project management, corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent abilities in project planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with business analysis tools.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Notion is advantageous.
- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are preferable.
