Position Overview
Sealed Air is looking for a forward-thinking, strategically minded, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the President of one of its key business units. This essential position is responsible for managing the President's time, priorities, and engagement with stakeholders to maximize leadership effectiveness and enhance business operations.
Primary Duties
- Efficiently manage a complex calendar for the President, prioritizing significant business goals while coordinating meetings, internal strategic discussions, and external interactions.
- Proactively anticipate requirements by understanding the core business objectives; prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow-up documentation to aid executive decision-making processes.
- Act as a strategic point of contact between the President and cross-departmental teams to ensure clear communication and alignment within the business unit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and guarantee timely action on crucial projects.
- Organize domestic and international travel plans to optimize scheduling and productivity.
- Seek and implement process enhancements to increase executive productivity and improve operational workflows.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated extensive experience in supporting senior executives with a proactive and anticipative approach.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills combined with a strategic outlook.
- Excellent communication abilities, with skill in synthesizing complex information to support top-level decision-making.
- Proven integrity, discretion, and efficacy in managing confidential matters.
