Product Designer, Global Public Sector

Role overview

Scale AI is hiring a bilingual Product Designer to shape intuitive, AI-led experiences for government and enterprise customers across the Middle East. This role sits in an early-stage product environment where you will help define the product from the ground up and turn ambiguous ideas into clear, usable solutions.

The company builds AI systems and data infrastructure that support important decisions for organizations and public-sector clients around the world.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the design process end to end, from initial concept through final delivery, and partner closely with product and engineering teams to launch high-impact solutions quickly.
• Turn product manager input and customer feedback into strong design concepts that are practical and compelling.
• Handle input from several stakeholders, set expectations clearly, and guide teams toward a shared design direction.
• Use AI-enabled tools and strong visual communication to present ideas, prototype solutions, and tell a clear product story.
• Base design choices on research findings, user data, and customer insights.

What the role requires

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Comfort working in uncertain, fast-moving early-stage product settings.
• A background that combines startup exposure with experience at a respected company that has a strong product culture.
• Prior experience designing B2B products for government or enterprise users.
• Interest in building AI-powered business applications and shaping how AI is used in modern workflows.
• Experience working in the GCC region, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE.
• Current presence in the GCC or willingness to relocate there.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted design platforms such as Cursor and Claude.
• A degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design.
• A portfolio that shows polished work, professional presentation, and strong visual storytelling for diverse audiences.

Preferred background

• Experience with recognized AI companies.
• Technical knowledge or a technical foundation.
