Role Overview
Sierra is seeking a Pricing Strategist to join their pricing team. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to craft pricing proposals and ROI case studies that support customer acquisition. The strategist will also partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to shape and execute the company's overall pricing and packaging strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer pricing proposals and comprehensive ROI analyses.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and operations to define and refine pricing and packaging strategies.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of four years in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations, preferably within startups and SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, or operational roles.
- Experienced in negotiating complex customer partnerships and managing sales cycles.
- Proficient at creating go-to-market operations grounded in data-driven insights.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or value engineering functions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, especially conversational AI.
- Prior involvement in startup environments or fast-paced high-growth companies.
