Team Overview
The People & Culture Business Partner team delivers strategic HR support across organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and leadership and team development. Collaborating with People and Culture Centers of Excellence and business managers, they facilitate achievement of company goals through innovative and intentional people solutions. This role supports Global Fulfillment, encompassing Distribution Centre Operations, Global Engineering, Inbound Logistics, Trade Compliance, Network Strategy, and Outbound Logistics functions and their leadership.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor offering recommendations and project management for business-driven people initiatives.
- Provide insightful internal and market data to inform leadership decisions.
- Develop, implement, and sustain people programs enabling Global Fulfillment to scale and grow effectively.
- Lead people-focused initiatives supporting growth and operational scaling.
- Mitigate legal risks through continual change management and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foundational people practices.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence business perspectives and actions.
- Advise on and coordinate people strategy concerning peak season planning and other business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional HR certifications considered advantageous.
- Over three years in consultative or advisory roles.
- Two to three years experience in multi-unit, cross-functional environments.
- At least two years of specialized knowledge in Fulfillment and Distribution operations.
- Familiarity with US and Canadian employment standards and labor laws.
- Skilled in executive-level presentations and proficient with PowerPoint and project management software.
- Proven ability to lead strategic projects and large-scale people initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role typically falls between 112000 and 147000 CAD annually, determined by market location, skills, and experience. Eligible permanent employees may participate in an annual bonus program based on performance.
