Role Overview
The Educator position is vital to lululemon’s success, focusing on delivering superior customer service within retail outlets. These individuals are responsible for engaging with customers, offering thorough product knowledge, and authentically representing company culture and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with guests in an efficient and respectful manner to provide an excellent experience.
- Understand customer needs to offer customized purchase advice and manage returns effectively.
- Convey detailed technical information and emphasize product benefits.
- Ensure smooth customer transactions and implement relevant market-based omnichannel programs as per company policies.
- Maintain active floor presence, engaging with multiple guests and attending to store requirements.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Inform customers about local events and participate in organizing community programs like running clubs or international yoga days.
Teamwork and Store Operations
