About the Role
We invite you to become an integral part of The Doctors Tikipunga as a Patient Experience Team Leader, a key position that combines leadership, compassion, and organisation to enhance patient care quality. You will lead and manage the reception team, ensuring outstanding patient service and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reception team operations and recruitment.
- Maintain high standards of patient services and safety.
- Create and nurture a positive clinic culture through organising team-building activities and events.
- Support and develop the reception team to achieve collective and individual goals.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous management or administrative experience within a general practice environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and uniting teams.
- Positive attitude with reliability, honesty, and self-motivation.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Proficiency with the MedTech Evolution Practice Management software.
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Adept at problem solving, maintaining composure, and managing difficult situations effectively.
