The Doctors Medical Centres, part of Green Cross Health, is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants passionate about delivering excellent patient care. This casual position offers the chance to work across multiple sites in Napier, Ahuriri, and Greenmeadows, New Zealand. Primary Responsibilities

Health Care Assistants collaborate closely with nursing staff to perform both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient clinic operations and maintaining high standards of patient care. The role demands strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should ideally have primary care qualifications and healthcare sector experience. Attributes such as accuracy, eagerness to learn, excellent verbal and written English skills, customer service focus, and ability to foster good team relationships are essential. Physical fitness and basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MedTech 32 software, are also required.
