About the Role

This role involves managing key patient access and affordability programs to ensure high operational standards, compliance with regulations, and superior service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and develop team members through recruitment, onboarding, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure patient access and affordability programs comply with established policies, regulations, and quality standards, making modifications as necessary.
  • Manage operational workflows, monitor key performance timelines, and offer guidance for consistent, accurate task execution.
  • Collaborate with training and quality assurance teams to support workforce development, maintain training standards, and strengthen capabilities.
  • Conduct regular internal audits, process reviews, and documentation checks to uphold regulatory and organizational compliance.
  • Create and maintain performance indicators, standard operating procedures, and reporting tools in partnership with quality and analytics departments.
  • Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, propose improvements, and implement corrective measures.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
  • Address client and internal escalations promptly, ensuring resolution and proper communication.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on projects, compliance efforts, and operational improvements.
  • Support audit processes by addressing findings and executing corrective action plans.
  • Maintain alignment of program policies, procedures, and objectives with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, technology, social sciences, clinical studies, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of increasing responsibility in healthcare, financial services, technology, operations, or related sectors.
  • Experience in managing or supervising teams including coaching, performance oversight, and employee growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational processes, compliance standards, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to recognize risks, escalate matters appropriately, and respond effectively in fast-paced settings.
  • Professional demeanor characterized by adaptability, collaboration, and ability to influence and drive results.
