About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead comprehensive human resources operations within our organization, particularly focusing on recruitment, employee management, and engagement. This position requires expertise in the real estate or related sectors, overseeing various roles spanning corporate, site, operational, and support domains. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building structured HR frameworks while also managing everyday HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute workforce recruitment and manpower forecasting in collaboration with department leaders and site teams.
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates for both white-collar and site positions.
- Coordinate with management teams to schedule interviews and ensure prompt hiring decisions.
- Maintain detailed recruitment tracking systems and hiring reports.
- Develop and periodically update comprehensive job descriptions, role profiles, and define clear responsibilities, reporting lines, and KRAs aligned with organizational objectives and real estate projects.
- Establish and implement performance management frameworks, assist departments in setting realistic performance targets, and manage appraisal cycles with focus on outcome review and enhancement plans.
- Oversee offer management including negotiation, preparation of offer and appointment letters, and effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth induction of new hires.
- Manage employee exit procedures including resignation processing, notice period administration, clearance completion, exit interviews, and full and final settlement documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities and communication initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance organizational culture, acting as a liaison for employee concerns and feedback.
- Maintain employee records, implement HR policy adherence, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational standards related to the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with external service providers or consultants as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years of relevant HR experience with significant exposure to real estate, construction, infrastructure, or hospitality-driven township developments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and process management.
- Effective communicator with strong coordination skills able to engage with senior management and site personnel efficiently.
- Practical problem solver who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Skills and Competencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in drafting job profiles and developing KRA frameworks.
- Experience in creating employee engagement and cultural development programs.
- Proficiency in onboarding and exit procedures.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relationships.

Additional Information
- Reports directly to the Director - HR.
- Some travel is anticipated as part of the role.
