This leadership position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the CIO, Head of Client Team, Head of Direct PE, and Head of Compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for operational aspects of the firm.
- Manage investment and client operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee data governance policies and client reporting mechanisms.

- Lead technology and system platform initiatives, including the FA Solutions front-to-back portfolio management system implementation.
- Drive projects, change management, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance goals.
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in investment operations within a multi-family office, wealth management, or asset management environment.

- Expertise in portfolio data management, client reporting, and operational control frameworks.
