Overview

This leadership opportunity involves directing product strategies that significantly impact revenue growth, customer loyalty, and business scaling. The role oversees essential areas such as payments, monetization, product-led growth, and customer lifecycle enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals. It requires collaboration with diverse teams including engineering, finance, sales, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and expand product teams dedicated to growth, payments, monetization, and customer lifecycle projects, maintaining strategic business alignment.
  • Create and implement strategies for product-led growth focusing on self-service upgrades, cross-selling, and account expansion to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Manage the global billing and payments platform roadmap to support scalable monetization, dynamic pricing models, and enterprise-level billing needs.
  • Improve key performance metrics such as checkout conversions, subscription renewals, payment experience, and overall revenue optimization.
  • Develop and refine growth paths from self-service to enterprise clientele by enhancing product-qualified lead channels and smooth transitions for high-value customers.
  • Design retention frameworks including product journeys, lifecycle engagement initiatives, and win-back campaigns to bolster customer loyalty and minimize churn.
  • Set up experimentation protocols, analytics standards, and performance indicators to steer monetization and expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Growth, Tax, and Legal teams to deliver compliant and scalable product solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and business impacts to executives, influencing strategic decision-making through insightful, data-backed narratives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in product management roles, with at least 3 years managing or leading product teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product-led growth and SaaS models, with strong knowledge of customer retention and self-service growth mechanisms.
  • Extensive experience handling payment systems, monetization platforms, checkout optimization, subscription management, and revenue-driven strategies.
  • Proven track record of enhancing revenue metrics like conversion rates, gross and net retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Analytical proficiency using A/B testing, experimentation, and data insights to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments and influence multiple stakeholders including engineering, legal, and finance.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills to translate complex technical and financial concepts into actionable strategic narratives.
  • Experience developing scalable product strategies within dynamic technology settings.
  • Strong user-centric mentality, skilled in identifying opportunities to enhance user value and business performance.
