Job Overview
This role oversees daily operations related to TikTok Local Services (TTLS) agencies, managing agency qualification, onboarding, risk management, and exits to ensure streamlined functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement growth strategies for partnerships that align with business goals and promote achievement of defined commercial and ecosystem objectives.
- Discover key opportunities to expand agency relationships, enhance partner outcomes, and increase long-term agency ecosystem value.
- Examine market trends, agency metrics, creator monetization trends, and business analytics to extract strategic insights and propose growth initiatives.
- Create and optimize incentive models and partnership policies aimed at fostering sustainable business results, enhancing partner involvement, and supporting scalable expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to outline strategic priorities, develop business plans, and initiate programs to boost agency skills, improve creator quality, and maximize monetization.
- Conduct strategic evaluations of agency performance to highlight challenges, growth drivers, and prospects for business advancement.
- Maintain strong advisory relationships with key agency partners to assist in business growth and sustainable operations within the platform's ecosystem.
- Work alongside product, operations, policy, and data teams to enhance agency management tools, systems, and processes to support efficiency and scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in partnerships, key account management, growth strategies, internet monetization, or channel strategy.
- Demonstrated history of successfully collaborating with external partners such as agencies, creators, or commercial stakeholders to drive business development and cultivate lasting partnerships.
- Preferred attributes include proactive work ethic, capacity for independent complex analysis with minimal supervision, and effective communication of insights.
- Experience in areas such as the creator economy, digital content, livestreaming, marketplace platforms, agency management, or internet monetization is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $70,304 to $159,600 annually, adjusted based on qualifications and location. Additional components include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
