Key Responsibilities
- Perform workplace assessments confidently and design graduated return-to-work programs including task analysis.
- Possess and utilize in-depth knowledge of vocational services pathways.
- Apply your clinical expertise in supporting clients both in workplace settings and within the broader community, embracing variety in daily tasks.
- Deliver care and interventions that align with organizational commitments to excellence and strive for positive client outcomes.
- Collaborate within a high-achieving and supportive team focused on innovation and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated to make a meaningful difference through exceptional client-centered care.
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills adaptable to various client needs.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional growth and continuing education.
- Experienced in providing tailored rehabilitation services within community and vocational contexts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, engaging effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Possession of relevant qualifications alongside professional registration and a current practicing certificate.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation practice.
