Key Responsibilities

  • Perform workplace assessments confidently and design graduated return-to-work programs including task analysis.
  • Possess and utilize in-depth knowledge of vocational services pathways.
  • Apply your clinical expertise in supporting clients both in workplace settings and within the broader community, embracing variety in daily tasks.
  • Deliver care and interventions that align with organizational commitments to excellence and strive for positive client outcomes.
  • Collaborate within a high-achieving and supportive team focused on innovation and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Motivated to make a meaningful difference through exceptional client-centered care.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning skills adaptable to various client needs.
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional growth and continuing education.
  • Experienced in providing tailored rehabilitation services within community and vocational contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, engaging effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications alongside professional registration and a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation practice.
