Job description
About Bryta
Bryta Holdings Pty Ltd is a progressive technology company focused on clinician-led brain and body training programs designed for older adults. Our unique cognitive motor training (CMT) service assists people aged 60 and above who are experiencing dementia or cognitive decline, or those aiming to maintain and improve cognitive function. We create our own programs alongside innovative technology including AI-assisted clinical documentation and automated outcome reporting, enabling physiotherapists to dedicate more time to client care and less to paperwork.
Operated by a small, dynamic team, Bryta embraces continuous improvement and innovation, including biannual team hackathons to develop our programs and application features. Our client base includes individuals receiving Home Care Packages and private referrals, and we provide a well-supported caseload with no pressure on clinicians to self-generate work.
Role Overview
We are searching for a physiotherapist to join us part-time at 0.8 FTE (four days per week), with flexibility to discuss full-time for the right candidate. This role entails delivering our cognitive motor training program across our clinics in Hawthorn East and Bentleigh, as well as conducting home visits in Melbourne’s eastern and southern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cognitive motor training sessions both at the clinic and in community settings.
- Manage a supported caseload focused on elderly clients with cognitive challenges.
- Complete clinical documentation using AI-assisted tools, minimizing administrative overhead.
- Monitor and track client outcomes through Bryta's technology platform.
- Contribute to automated reporting processes for clients and their referrers.
- Engage in biannual hackathons aimed at enhancing our service offerings and tools.
- Maintain flexible work hours tailored to service requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Registered physiotherapist with AHPRA, possessing 1 to 2+ years relevant experience.
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and emerging care models.
- Passion for healthy aging, neurology, or community-based healthcare.
- Able to work independently during home visits.
- Current driver's license and access to a private vehicle are essential.
- Preference for candidates residing in Melbourne’s East or South suburbs or willing to commute there.
- Must hold valid Australian work authorization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $75,000 FTE plus superannuation, pro-rated for 0.8 FTE; actual pay can vary depending on experience.
- Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Significantly reduced administrative tasks through AI-driven note-taking and reporting.
- Accommodating and flexible work schedules, ideal for employees balancing family commitments.
- Potential to negotiate full-time hours as patient caseload expands.
- Quarterly professional development sessions and fully funded team social events.
- Prospects for leadership roles and non-clinical positions as the company grows.
- Inclusive and supportive team environment where contributions and ideas are highly valued.
