About The Role
As the Nightfill Manager, you will oversee the operations of the night-fill section, ensuring that stock replenishment deadlines are consistently met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation maintains a high standard during evening and night hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for the night-fill department’s functioning during your shift.
- Lead, guide, and develop your team to meet sales goals, control costs, and efficiently manage rostering.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, stock management, visual merchandising, and company standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that values health, safety, and wellbeing of all team members.
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by maintaining excellent store presentation.
