Location Details

The Four Seasons Resort at the Red Sea will soon stand as a premier luxury coastal destination in Saudi Arabia, spanning 200 km of pristine islands and lagoons between Umluj and Al Wajh. Located on Shura Island—the development’s central hub—the resort includes yacht marina, lifestyle amenities, retail, an 18-hole golf course, and more. Sustainability and careful environmental planning are integral, with renewable energy use and conservation zones preserving the natural surroundings.

The resort boasts around 149 rooms and suites overlooking white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Facilities include six dining and lounge venues, event spaces, a marine discovery center, children’s activities, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and family and adult-exclusive beaches for relaxation and coral reef exploration.

Role Overview

These positions support the resort by maintaining cleanliness and comfort standards across various areas and times:

Night Cleaner

Tasked with maintaining spotless and hygienic public and employee spaces during night hours. Duties involve mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and waste disposal to ensure an organized and fresh environment that supports daily functions and enhances guest satisfaction.

Public Area Attendant

Responsible for keeping public spaces and restrooms pristine and orderly throughout the day. Daily work includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, inspecting for maintenance needs, and replenishing restroom supplies like toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizers, and towels to uphold hygiene and convenience.

Turndown Attendant

Focuses on preparing guest rooms in the early evening for comfort by tidying rooms, replenishing amenities, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, and providing personal touches such as chocolates or notes to enhance guests’ nighttime relaxation in line with Four Seasons’ promise of thoughtful luxury.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
