Role Overview

As a Retail Shop Agent, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service within the retail environment. Your duties encompass assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, supporting inventory management, and contributing to daily operational success, all aimed at fostering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Accurately handle sales transactions using the point of sale system.
• Restock shelves and ensure attractive product presentation.
• Manage stock levels and aid in inventory control processes.
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the retail space.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Support store promotions and contribute toward sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous though not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
