About Fresha
Fresha is a technology platform built for the beauty, wellness, and self-care sector. It acts as an AI-driven operating system that helps businesses such as salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices run and grow their operations.
The platform is relied on by millions of consumers and businesses globally, and is used by more than 140,000 businesses and 450,000 stylists and professionals. To date, it has handled over 1 billion appointments.
Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, Fresha operates across 15 international offices in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Through its marketplace and business platform, Fresha enables consumers to find, book, and pay for beauty and wellness services, while merchants use its all-in-one software and financial technology tools to manage day-to-day operations.
Its ecosystem supports appointment scheduling, point-of-sale, customer data management, marketing automation, loyalty programs, product inventory, and team coordination. The consumer marketplace also helps partner businesses increase revenue through online bookings and automated marketing, with integrations across major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Role Overview
Fresha is hiring a commercially driven New Business Sales Specialist to support its growth in Qatar. The role reports to the Business Development Team Lead and works closely with the wider commercial team and prospective partners.
The main focus of the position is new business generation. You will own your pipeline, work toward a quota, carry out field visits, and use cold outreach to build opportunities from scratch.
This role suits someone who enjoys a high-energy environment, works well independently, handles change comfortably, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Reach out to decision-makers through calls, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and actively promote Fresha’s offerings to prospective and current partners.
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to closing.
- Conduct needs and value analysis with existing and potential partners to align solutions with their business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create a smooth partner experience.
- Share observations and feedback on market activity and industry developments.
- Ensure all qualified inbound leads are contacted promptly and all call results are recorded in the CRM.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for partners.
- Take on additional related duties as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of strong B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is preferred.
- Strong ability to build relationships and generate new business.
- Good organisation, with the ability to juggle priorities and manage time effectively.
- A naturally curious mindset and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Additional Information
Fresha values drive and potential as much as direct experience. Candidates who are enthusiastic and open to learning are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed requirement, as the company aims to support growth and development.
Interview Process
- Screen call with a Talent Team member, lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience interview with the Hiring Manager, lasting 45 minutes.
- Presentation interview with the Hiring Team, lasting 75 minutes.
The company intends to complete the full interview process and share feedback within 2 weeks. Each application is reviewed manually by the talent team, and while reviews are typically completed within 7 days, this can take longer when application volumes are high.
