Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic growth-oriented team, focused on expanding our global footprint. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead and collaborating with the Commercial team, you will manage your own sales pipeline, conduct outreach through cold calls and field visits, and drive new business accounts.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging role with autonomy, in a fast-evolving environment where your efforts directly contribute to company expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets (KPIs).
  • Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and other communication channels to secure new business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively promote Fresha’s offerings to prospective and current partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Analyze cost-benefit and partner needs to align Fresha’s solutions with their objectives.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver a smooth and positive partner experience.
  • Monitor and report on trends in the beauty and wellness market to inform strategic approaches.
  • Respond promptly to all qualified inbound leads and accurately document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Act as the principal commercial contact for partners, supporting all related activities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, or payment solutions is highly preferred.
  • A proactive hunter mentality coupled with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Interview Process

  • Initial video screening with Talent Team (~30 minutes).
  • Interview (onsite or video) with Hiring Manager to assess skills and experience (~45 minutes).
  • Final onsite presentation and interview with the hiring team (~75 minutes).
