Business Development Executive (Field Sales) - Beauty & Cosmetics

Job Overview

We are seeking driven Business Development Executives for a full-time, 12-month apprenticeship focused on field sales in the beauty and cosmetics sector. The positions are retail store-based and available across multiple locations within Uttar Pradesh and nearby areas, including Jaunpur, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Sitamarhi, West Champaran, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Ballia, Varanasi, Ambedkar Nagar, Deoria, Azamgarh, Mau, Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Deoband, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Agra, Mathura, Firozabad, Etawah, Bulandshahr, Greater Noida West, Muradnagar, Hapur, Ghaziabad, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local markets to generate leads effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Organize and execute product promotions and sampling events.
• Support sales initiatives and product launches to maximize reach.
• Monitor sales metrics and keep track of market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should be graduates from the 2021 to 2025 batches.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 11 months of prior sales or field experience is acceptable.
• Candidates must live within a 10 km radius of their designated store location.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license along with access to a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to male candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

• The in-hand monthly salary amounts to ₹16,000, comprising ₹11,500 from the company plus ₹4,500 government benefits.
• Daily travel allowance of ₹200 as TA/DA is provided.
• Additional attractive performance-related incentives are part of the package.
