Role Summary

We are searching for a dynamic, on-camera YouTube Biology Faculty member to become the primary educator and face of our online community across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram. This role involves delivering engaging live and recorded lectures, creating promotional content, and managing student interaction while ensuring academic precision aligned with NEET, CBSE, and JEE syllabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-energy live YouTube classes, including comprehensive sessions, exam analyses, and previous year question breakdowns using smartboards and digital tools.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly in a mix of English and Hindi (Hinglish), projecting confidence and authority.
• Create short-form educational videos and promotional ads with compelling scripts to boost engagement and campaign click-through rates.
• Manage the Telegram community by increasing group engagement through quizzes, study plans, and weekly interactive sessions.
• Develop and refine academic content such as PowerPoint presentations to enhance clarity and engagement, ensuring 100% alignment with the latest NTA, NCERT, and Board syllabus updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields from a recognized university.
• Demonstrate at least 2.5 years of experience teaching competitive exams (NEET, JEE, or K-12 level), with proven on-camera teaching abilities supported by a portfolio of video content.
• Exhibit natural presentation skills with proficiency in Hinglish/English communication.
• Be adept at using OBS Studio and smartboard software for content delivery.
• Show adaptability to modify teaching and content strategies based on analytic feedback.

Core Policies and Work Conditions

• Ensure absolute academic accuracy in all teaching materials and sessions; any mistakes may lead to formal reviews.
• Work exclusively for Infinity Learn without engaging in freelance or private tutoring and refrain from maintaining personal educational channels unless promoting Infinity Learn content.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends and late-night sessions during peak exam seasons and promotional periods.
