Role overview
Infinity Learn is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to speak with prospective students and parents, explain learning programs, and help move interested leads through the admissions process. The role is focused on consultative selling, consistent follow-up, and closing admissions while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students and parents through both inbound and outbound calls.
- Present the available courses clearly and support families through the admission journey.
- Assess student requirements and suggest the most appropriate program options.
- Track leads through regular follow-ups and work toward converting them into admissions.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Keep customer and lead information updated in the CRM system.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate from any discipline.
- Should have 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, BPO, or EdTech.
- Freshers with strong communication abilities are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to speak either Tamil or Kannada.
- Should have strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and target-focused mindset is important.
