The position carries significant responsibility for improving market share, strengthening relationships with specifiers, representatives, distributors, and contractors, and ensuring sales activity supports wider business goals. The role also involves close partnership with product management and marketing to support performance across important product lines.

In addition to setting direction, the manager will be expected to lead execution, guide a distributed sales network, and create repeatable processes for forecasting, pipeline oversight, and strategic account development. The role offers broad visibility across the company and a direct impact on revenue, positioning, and long-term growth.

  • Strengthen forecasting discipline, funnel management, and account-growth processes.
  • Support strategic account development and help improve national market penetration.
  • Balance long-term planning with hands-on execution in the field.
  • Contribute to broader business strategy through revenue and market insights.

Candidate profile

  • A commercially focused leader who performs well in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.
  • Someone who can combine strategy with execution and is comfortable being active in the field.
  • Professional background in sales or product management connected to commercial plumbing, fluid control, or similar engineered products.
  • Ability to create national plans and turn them into measurable action.
