Multimedia Specialist

Role Overview

This position is for a multimedia specialist based in Faridabad, Haryana. The role focuses on producing video, motion, and digital design assets that support the website, performance marketing campaigns, and third-party marketplaces.

Video and Motion Graphics

• Edit engaging, high-impact videos and multimedia assets for the website, paid advertising on Meta, Google, and WhatsApp, as well as marketplace platforms.
• Develop 2D motion graphics, animation assets, motion elements, and kinetic typography that strengthen campaign quality and visual appeal.
• Keep pace with current video and digital trends so the content remains fresh, conversion-focused, and effective.

UI/UX and Digital Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive interface concepts for Shopify-based e-commerce experiences with a focus on improving user journeys and online conversion.
• Design web layouts, banners, landing pages, and other digital graphics for e-commerce and ad campaigns.
• Maintain strict alignment with brand guidelines across all video, graphic, and UI deliverables.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements and produce high-quality outputs.
• Take part in creative briefings, handle several timelines at once, and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Tools and Skills

The role calls for 5–6 years of relevant experience. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite is expected, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD. Familiarity with Figma or Canva will be an added advantage. A good grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital visual hierarchy is also important. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to perform well both independently and in team settings in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
