Role overview

Fabindia Limited is hiring a Key Account Manager focused on eCommerce growth in Faridabad, Haryana. This role owns the commercial performance of major online accounts and supports revenue expansion through planning, optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

Business growth and revenue

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the performance of priority online accounts and work toward steady revenue improvement.
  • Handle sales planning, pricing decisions, margin and profitability planning, assortment planning, and business forecasting.
  • Review category performance, competitor movements, price changes, and customer behavior to support quicker business decisions.
  • Spot opportunities to grow revenue through promotions, better visibility, and structured growth initiatives.

Account management and operations

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with account managers and internal teams across functions.
  • Support the smooth rollout of business plans, promotional activity, launches, and operational tasks.
  • Keep a close watch on inventory health, stock levels, fill rates, returns, and coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Resolve account-level and operational issues in a timely manner.

Performance marketing and visibility

  • Plan and run platform advertising initiatives to improve reach, traffic, and conversion outcomes.
  • Manage media spends efficiently and improve campaign performance and ROAS.
  • Execute seasonal promotions, sale events, and other growth campaigns in line with business goals.
  • Track keyword rankings, visibility share, and content performance.

Analytics and reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business KPIs.
  • Study sales trends, customer actions, conversion data, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Convert analysis into practical actions that improve growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Run A/B tests across content, pricing, creatives, and promotional activity.

Catalog and conversion optimization

  • Maintain strong catalog hygiene and ensure product information remains accurate and high quality across listings.
  • Improve product discoverability, conversion rates, and user experience through listing optimization.
  • Strengthen product pages using better content, keywords, imagery, and listing structure.
  • Coordinate product uploads, content refreshes, and catalog management activities.

Customer and channel strategy

  • Understand buyer behavior, price sensitivity, and product preferences.
  • Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
  • Work closely with marketing and category teams to improve the customer journey and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ratings, reviews, and overall customer satisfaction.

Business model and channel optimization

  • Manage and improve business models such as OR, SOR, and Omni operations.
  • Drive better pricing, inventory movement, fulfillment, and profitability across each model.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and scalable operations.
  • Identify ways to improve operational performance, customer experience, and channel revenue contribution.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and introduce process improvements to increase efficiency.

Automation and process improvement

  • Improve reporting quality and operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
  • Simplify workflows for sales tracking, inventory control, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to support scalable growth initiatives.

Preferred experience and skills

The role is best suited to candidates with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in eCommerce operations, account management, business planning, and performance marketing. Strong analytical ability, hands-on use of Excel and dashboards, and familiarity with catalog optimization and digital merchandising are important. The position also requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, take ownership, and solve problems effectively.
