  • A self-directed yet collaborative professional comfortable working in dynamic environments involving multiple stakeholders.
  • An editorially meticulous storyteller with excellent judgment, attention to voice, quality, pacing, and digital experience building.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5+ years in social media management, content marketing, digital storytelling, or community management, preferably in outdoor, sporting, editorial, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts with expertise in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newer channels.
  • Skilled in building content calendars, executing publishing workflows, and engaging online communities.
  • Familiar with social media tools such as Sprout Social or comparable analytics and management platforms.
