Role Overview
The Frontline Recruiter serves as an independent, strategic individual contributor primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment for Customer Experience (CX), Distribution Center (DC), and Retail roles across the USA and Canada. Tasked with balancing both high-volume and individual hiring demands, this position emphasizes delivering quality hires and exceptional candidate experiences while proactively enhancing recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for frontline team positions, handling both seasonal high-volume and specific individual requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role descriptions, establish hiring strategies, and set recruitment timelines.
- Follow structured hiring procedures aligned with company policies, ensuring consistent and equitable candidate evaluations.
- Design and implement sourcing tactics including direct sourcing, community engagement, and partnerships to build diversified candidate pools.
- Maintain and continually refresh talent pipelines to meet ongoing staffing requirements, reducing dependency on passive applicants.
- Provide market insights and hiring advice to managers, aiding data-driven and fair decision making that aligns candidate profiles with frontline role success.
- Support internal mobility initiatives while maintaining transparent and equitable hiring standards.
- Identify and address recruitment process inefficiencies, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance metrics like time-to-fill and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work closely with People + Culture business partners and talent technology teams, communicating hiring progress and risk factors.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience, preferably with frontline or high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms including ATS tools and hiring events.
- Sound judgment assessing candidate fit according to job criteria and company values.
- Experience managing complex offer negotiations, potentially involving relocation or expedited timelines.
- Ability to influence and guide hiring managers effectively.
- Track record of identifying and implementing recruitment process improvements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
- Knowledge of recruiting across multiple states/jurisdictions with varying legal and compliance requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 USD annually, reflecting location-specific market data and individual qualifications. Work Environment & Schedule
This role is hybrid based in Reno, Nevada, with employees expected to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week. Remote work is permitted on remaining days, with occasional additional onsite days required for coverage, events, or essential meetings.
