About the role
This position is based in London, United Kingdom and follows a hybrid working model, with some days spent at home and some days in a company office depending on team and business needs.

The Marketing Solutions team is looking for a Strategic Analyst to join the Marketing Science and Technology group and help scale advanced measurement and insight capabilities across the global team.
In this role, you will work across sales, product, and marketing to turn complex data into practical guidance that improves advertising performance, strengthens client relationships, and supports commercial growth. You will help shape measurement approaches for a platform serving a global audience of more than 1 billion members across over 200 countries and territories.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to convert analytics and measurement findings into clear actions that improve outcomes for clients and agency partners.
- Break down complex data into concise recommendations that can be understood by both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Plan and lead advanced measurement work such as experiments, incrementality studies, attribution analysis, and clean room-based approaches.
- Use SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to analyze large-scale first-party and third-party data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation in products, measurement methods, and go-to-market plans.
- Develop a point of view on the future of B2B measurement and represent the organization externally.
- Own the delivery of complex custom projects from start to finish.
- Follow strong standards for privacy, security, and code quality in all data work.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting with direct client-facing leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SQL or a similar querying language.
- At least 5 years in a consultative or advisory position.
- At least 3 years of experience in project or program management.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- For the preferred profile: 10+ years in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting with client-facing leadership.
- Preferred background also includes 6+ years using SQL or a similar language.
- Preferred background also includes 6+ years in a consultative or advisory role.
- Preferred background also includes 4+ years in project or program management.
- Experience with digital marketing and AdTech environments, including agency-side ecosystems.
- Practical knowledge of measurement methods such as incrementality, attribution, MMM, experimentation, and CAPI.
- Experience working with very large datasets and advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience applying AI and LLM techniques in analytics workflows.
